• Dr. Rudi Jansma, Jain scholar from Netherlands visited Jain temple in Jaipur

Both of them discussed several topics about Jainism, ecology and environment related issues. Dr. Jansma was introduced with Khartar Gachchh for the first time. He visited Jain library at Vichkshan Bhawan, saw catalogs and read a book there. He spent lot of time there. He told that there are few libraries in Europe which can match this library. He praised the Sangh for maintaining a Jain library with such collection. Jyoti Kothari informed him that the library is digitized.  Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur provides several facilities to foreign Jain scholars such as free food and lodging. Khartar Gachchh Sangh has become center of attraction for foreign Jain scholars. He spent enough time in the temple viewing Tirthankar idols, beautiful inlay work, gold work in the walls and wall paintings. He was highly impressed with these intigrated carvings and the details of the paintings. Jyoti Kothari invited him to come and stay long at Malpur Dadabadi for research on Jainism. He assured him facilities. Dr. Jansma replied that he would stay at Malpura for his researches in his next visit to India. • Panchanhika Mahotsav to remember Sadhvi Sudarshana Sri

  Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh has been organizing Panchanhika Mahotsav (Fivedays celebration) to remember PP Sadhvi Sri Sudarshana Sri ji Maharaj. Sadhvi Sri Sudarshana Sri left for her heavenly abode recently in Jaipur. There are five Poojas in five days starting from April 26 to 30. There was "Ratna Trayee Pooja" at Vichakshan Samadhi at Mohanbadi, today morning. Sri Kushalchand Vimalchand Surana family sponsored the event. Navpad Pooja will be performed tomorrow, April 27 at Sri Suparshwanath Panchayati mandir, Johri Bazar. There will be Parshwanath Panch Kalyanak Pooja at Dadabadi, Moti Doongri road on 28th morning and Mahavir Swami Pooja at Sri Mahavir Swami temple, Multan Mandir, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur on 29th. Dadagurudev Poojan will be performed at Malpura Dadabadi on 30th, the last day of Panchanhika Mahotsav. • Anniversary of Panchayati Mandir on Akha Teej

  Sri Jain Shwetmbar Khartar Gachchh Sangh will celebrate anniversary of  Panchayati Mandir (Suparshwanath temple), Dada, Gheewalon Ka Rasta, Johri Bazar, Jaipur on April 24, 2012, Akha Teej. Satrah Bhedi Pooja will be organized in the morning along with Dhwajarohan. Sri Suparshwanath Swami  temple is more than two hundred years old. There are beautiful inlay work and gold paintings in the temple. Standing idol of Sri Shantinath Swami, 16th Jain Tirthnkar is worth view. All are requested to join the program. • Khartar Sangh executives met Muni Nayapadmasagar, mentor, JITO

  PP Muni Nayapadmasagar, Mentor, JITO (Jain International Trade Organization) is in Dudu, near Jaipur on his way to Delhi. Secretary and executive members of Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur met him there today on April 17. Sri Prakash Chhajed, Sri Rajendra Bhansali, Sri Prakash Banthia and Sri Mahesh Mahamwal were among the executives visited Muni Sri. They requested him to visit and stay at Shivjiram Bhawan during his stay in Jaipur. Muni Sri agreed to come and stay at Shivjiram Bhawan. Program will be finalized later on. Jyoti Kothari, Secretary of the Sangh discussed several issues with PP Muni Nayapadmasagar. He informed Muni Sri about social and religious activities of Khartar Sangh and Jain community at large. He also informed him about educational and health institutions in Jaipur run by various Jain organizations.  He appreciated initiatives taken by PP Muni Nayapadmasagar to unite Jain community. • प्. पू. विनय मुनि के वर्षी तप का पारना गज मंदिर में

  प्. पू. विनय मुनि के प्रथम वर्षी तप का पारना गज मंदिर, केशरिया जी में आखा तीज २४ अप्रैल को होगा. मुनि श्री अज अहमदाबाद से विहार कर केशरिया जी पहुचेंगे जहाँ उनका पारना होगा.   प्. पू. विनय मुनि ने मुझसे श्री केशरिया जी तीर्थ में पारना करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की थी. मैंने उनसे पूछा की क्या वे गज मंदिर में पारना करना चाहेंगे? उन्होंने कहा क्यों नहीं! इसके बाद मैंने परम पूज्य उपाध्याय श्री मणिप्रभ सागर जी महाराज से एवं श्री जिन हरी बिहार के अध्यक्ष श्री विजयलाल डोशी से संपर्क किया. परम पूज्य उपाध्याय श्री ने तत्काल स्वीकृति देते हुए पूछा की उन्हें वहां और क्या व्यवस्था चाहिए? इस पर प्. पू. विनय मुनिने कहा की उन्हें और कोई व्यवस्था की कोई जरुरत नहीं है. इसके बाद श्री दोसी जी का फ़ोन आया एवं उन्होंने गज मंदिर के मंत्री श्री गजेन्द्र जी भंसाली का मोबाइल नंबर देते हुए उनसे व्यवस्था हेतु संपर्क करने के लिए कहा. श्री गजेन्द्र जी भंसाली ने बार बार आग्रह कर पूछा की पूज्य मुनि श्री के लिए क्या सुविधा की जरुरत है? गज मंदिर में पारने की स्वीकृति एवं व्यवस्था के लिए श्री जैन श्वेताम्बर खरतर गच्छ संघ परम पूज्य उपाध्याय श्री मणिप्रभ सागर जी महाराज एवं सभी पधकिरिओन का आभारी है. प्. पू. विनय मुनि पलिताना से विहार कर धोलका तीर्थ होते हुए ७ अप्रैल को अहमदाबाद पहुचे थे. प्. पू. विनय मुनि का चातुर्मास जयपुर खरतर गच्छ संघ में होना निश्चित हुआ है.
