Know what else your Cell Phone can do

Few things you can do in times of grave emergencies:

Your mobile phone can save your life as an emergency tool for survival. Check out some that you can do with it:

Some good reasons to keep a cell phone:

EMERGENCY

The worldwide Emergency Number for **Mobile** is 112. If there is an emergency and you find yourself out of coverage area of your mobile network, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you. Interestingly you can also.dial this number 112  with the locked keypad

What if you locked your keys in the car?

Your Mobile phone may be proved very useful someday. If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at your home or office, call someone at your home or office on their cell phone from your cell phone.

Tell the person there to press the unlock button of the car key, holding it near his / her mobile phone at his / her end.

Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and your car door will open.

Distance does not matter. You can do it from any where. If you can reach someone who has the other 'remote' for your car, you can unlock your car.

It saves someone from driving your keys to you.

Hidden
Battery power

Some times your cell battery goes very low and you don't have a charger. You may be expecting an important call or want to call some one urgently. You are lucky if you have a Nokia instrument.

Nokia instruments have a reserve battery.

Press the keys *3370# to activate reserve battery. Your mobile phone instrument will restart with the reserve battery and the instrument will show a fifty percent increase in battery power. You can recharge the reserve power when you charge your cell phone next time.

You can disable a stolen mobile phone:

To check your Mobile phone's serial number, press the * # 0 6 # keys of your cell phone (as suggested earlier).

The unique fifteen digit code of your handset will appear on the screen. Please do not forget to write it down and keep it safe somewhere in your diary or in your computer. If unfortunately your phone gets stolen, you can call your service provider and provide them with this fifteen digit code. It will enable your service provider to block your handset. Even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will not work. It will be totally useless.

You may not get your phone back but the thief can not use or sell it. If everybody follows this tip, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

Now why to wait? Use this applications in your cell phone and enjoy.
